Introduction
1.Structure
Our gravel pump is a horizontal centrifugal device with single casing. Special hoop is utilized to clamp the pump body with the cover plate. The discharging port can be placed in any position within 360 degree, facilitating the installation and operation.

The bearing assembly is arranged in cylindrical structure, thus it is convenient for adjusting the clearance between the impeller and the pump body. Meanwhile, the bearing assembly can be dismantled integrally and they are lubricated by grease.

2. Material
The wear parts are made of abrasion resistant alloy cast iron with high hardness.

3. Shaft Seal
A variety of shaft seals is adopted, such as gland packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.

4. Drive Mode
Our gravel pump utilizes variable speed and diverse speed regulating methods to keep its optimal working status. It supports V belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency drive, silicon controlled speed regulation and other methods. As a result, this equipment performs with long operating life and high efficiency, adaptable for all kinds of poor transporting conditions.

5. Application
The passage of the equipment is wide and smooth, functioning excellent resistance to cavitation. This efficient and abrasion resistant gravel pump is mainly engaged in the continuous conveyance of high abrasive materials with large particles that can’t pass through the general slurry pumps. It is commonly applied in dredging, graveling, cleaning sand and gravel, dredging rivers, sand quarry in river, metal smelting, slurry transferring and other fields.

The SG gravel and sand pump is used for continuous processing of high abrasive slurry with big solids that are too large for ordinary pump. Our machine is suitable for different jobs, such as dredging river, transferring slurry and explosive sludge, etc.

Single case design is adopted which can reduce its weight, and it is very convenient to install our product on a sand dredger. The impeller has three vanes, so the liquid channel is wide enough. Meanwhile, the overflow parts are made of high-chromium alloy and other wear-resistant materials, and longer service life and better performance are ensured. In addition, the discharge direction of this sand pump can be set at any angle within 360 degrees to facilitate the installation. Because of this, customer should specify the discharge direction before the order is made according to the practical application.
